For me it’s been truly liberating, but as with any change worth its salt, it’s not instant.
I just wish younger me knew what I now know, and I’m going to share it with you so you can break free, balance hormones and support your gut microbiome too.
'Before and After' shots are inspiring, but they don’t show the journey...or that the real transformation takes place inside the mind.
For me, it’s actually been a lifelong learning, a lot of diet misery, then unlearning and some reprogramming, to finally separate emotion from food.
No more starving, using food to soothe mood, or restricting myself - no more struggle and no more misery. I want this for you too.
